If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase on SueniaZurich.com, you may return the item to us for a refund or exchange by mail. We gladly accept returns of new, unused merchandise free of charge.

You may return your purchased item(s) for an exchange or refund within 14 days upon receipt by sending the item(s) back to us at the following address: SUENIA ZURICH, Sierra Bermeja 3, Coto Real 2, c.p. 29602 Marbella, Malaga, Spain.

All items must be returned in a fully re-sellable condition; meaning unused, with swing tags attached and in it’s original packaging.

When returning an item, please retain proof of posting from your shipper company as we will not be held responsible for any items failing to reach us. We are not responsible for return postage costs other than incorrect, mis-described or faulty items. Faulty items can be returned free of charge by contacting our customer service: info@sueniazurich.com. Please note no returns are accepted for purchases made in stores. Such in-store purchases must be returned to the said store. 

Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the currier.

WHEN CAN AN ITEM BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED?

You can exchange or return an item within 14 days upon receipt if it is not related to a personalized defected item

• SIZING: The chosen size is wrong and you would like to change it for the appropriate one
• SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: The product is not what you expected. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your SUENIA ZURICH purchase, simply return the unused item
• DAMAGED ITEMS: You receive the order in poor conditions

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at info@sueniazurich.com
